ICI offers a variety of courses and training both in Iceland and in Europe, and for teachers and trainers who join our courses through the Erasmus+ program. The courses focus in various ways on intercultural issues, inclusive teaching methods, creative and co-operative learning and anti-racist training and are designed for different target groups such as teachers, civil servants and other groups of adults or young adults. You can find more information about each course by placing the cursor over the link "Courses and education".
The Erasmus+ program is different from the previous Grundtvig or Comenius programs. In Erasmus+ a group of colleagues from the same school, college or any other educational organization can join the same course together. The procedure is this:
After exploring our courses, you can make a preliminary selection of courses you would like to apply for.Your school makes an application for a project to support the professional development of their teaching and non-teaching staff in the form of training events abroad.
You can attend the courses with several members of your school team.

Inform us that you actually submitted the Erasmus+ application form.
After approval, contact us immediately by e-mail. We will send you all the nessesary practical information concerning the preparation of the course, travel etc.
